Rate Case News
The Gold Mountain Community Services District (GMCSD), in conjunction with Hansford Economic Consulting, completed a Utility Rate Study for all GMCSD Water & Sewer Residential and Commercial Rates. After completing the required Proposition 218 review process with only three protests filed (out of 424 billable accounts), the GMCSD Board of Directors adopted the new rates at the required 15 June Public Hearing. As described below, the new rates are effective with the 1 July 2022 billing cycle. Customers may review the documents displayed and linked below including the completed rate study to answer any questions.
